SCC and Delaware State announce dual admission in six programs

Salem Community College students can start a bachelor’s degree program with Delaware State University (DSU) while enrolled at SCC.

The recently signed agreement offers dual admission to SCC students in six DSU programs –Biology/Chemistry (pre-professional), Business Administration (Accounting), Criminal Justice (Law Enforcement), Liberal Arts, Psychology and Sociology.

“We’re proud to provide this access and opportunity to Salem Community College students,” said SCC President Dr. Michael R. Gorman.

“SCC is excited to begin this partnership with Delaware State University,” said SCC Vice President/Chief Academic Officer Ken Robell.  “This new agreement enables SCC graduates to seamlessly transfer into one of these programs at DSU in Dover for their junior and senior years.”

SCC students enrolled in a dual admission program with DSU will meet with a transfer advisor to help prepare for their transition.
