SCC seeks nominations of distinguished alumni

The Salem Community College Foundation and the SCC Alumni Association seek nominations of distinguished alumni for the annual recognition program.

The nomination letter should explain the individual’s professional achievements and community service contributions. The nominee’s current resume should be included. Graduates of Salem Community College and Salem County Technical Institute are eligible.

Previous honorees are Brooke M. Alston; Bessie (BJ) Ayars; Ida Bowen; Erin L. Boyle; Sharron Sparks Boyle; Dennis Briening; Pam Halter Chew; Edith Corbin; Elaine Dunner; Dr. Jacob C. Farbman; Gilda T. Gill; Mary Ellen Hassler; Ralph Homan; Theresa L. Howarth; Sue Ann Leighty; Michael M. Mulligan, Esq.; Barbara E. Nixon; H. Joan Pennington, Esq.; R. Matthew Richards; Thomas S. Shaw; David Sparks; Paul J. Stankard; Regina Strand; Carol B. Tighe; Gregory T. Wright; and William D. Yeldell, Jr.

The Distinguished Alumni Award recipient will be honored at the College Convocation on April 14.
