Career Certificate

The Office Management certificate program prepares students for immediate employment in an office environment. Students gain hands-on experience using word processing, database management, spreadsheet and presentation software. The program emphasizes the development of skills in creative thinking and problem solving, and simulates office activities.

    The Office Management certificate program prepares students for entry-level positions in a variety of businesses and industries that include:

    • Training in the latest technology: Office Software programs that include design/development of spreadsheets, databases, word processing and graphic presentation

    Successful graduates of this program will gain a knowledge and understanding of the latest technology trends that include:

    • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher
    • Both Windows and MAC latest Operating Systems
    • Collaboration through the use of Cloud Applications/Technology
