Step 1 - Apply Online

STep 2 - Complete the Fafsa

Complete the free FAFSA application online at www.fafsa.ed.gov and use our school code: 005461

Step 3 - Send High School Transcript

Submit your official High School or GED transcript to:
Salem Community College
Attn: Admissions
460 Hollywood Avenue
Carneys Point, NJ 08069

*To obtain your official High School transcript, contact the guidance office of the last high school you attended.

Step 4 - Take accuplacer

All degree seeking students are required to complete the Accuplacer or show proof of exemption. To view information about exemption please visit our Placement Testing section

Note: Students who graduated high school within the past 5 years with a 3.0 GPA or higher are exempt from taking the Accuplacer

Step 5 - Meet with an Advisor

Once you have been accepted and received your welcome email, with your student I.D., you can meet with an Academic Advisor to register for classes. To make an appointment call (856)351-2635 and have your SCC I.D. number ready.
