Samantha McDonough
Meet the SCC Nursing Faculty/Staff
Samantha McDonough, Instructor of Nursing, teaches nursing theory and nursing laboratory in the ADN Program. Samantha started her career at Salem Community College as a Clinical Instructor for both the LPN and ADN programs. She is nationally certified in Emergency Nursing. In addition to a Master of Science in Nursing, she has a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Her clinical background is in the emergency department where she was a charge nurse, preceptor and mentor at Jefferson Hospital (previous Kennedy Hospital) and Inspira Mullica Hill. She has experience in health care administration as the nurse manager of a medical surgical floor, as well as the assistant nurse manager of the emergency department. She currently works in same day surgery at the Ambulatory Care Center in Vineland, NJ.
